As known all over the world in Rome you can find tasty and at the same time simple dishes, made by raw and high quality ingredients. These recipes are part of the real traditions of the region: gricia, carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, roman artichokes, roman saltimbocca, tiramisu and much more. Every day in our kitchen, Peppe, passionately and meticulously, fresh fish reaches our restaurants from our beautiful coast, which is cooked following the really important rules of traditional roman cousins but bringing some innovation to intensify flavors and aromas: baby octopus “alla Luciana” on Altamura crostini, Franciacorta risotto with julienne calamari, mazzancolle quenelle with sweet and sour onion, sea bream fillet with vegetables and potatoes are just some creations our kitchen serve to our customers everyday, since we use fresh fish our menu is subject to fish catch of the day.
